Return Merchandise and Refund Policy

Customer may return new, unused items only by obtaining a return authorization form from GreensGroomer within 30 days of the delivery date of the items.  Customer must return unused items within 30 days of receipt of the return authorization approval.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Any item not returned in the condition it was received will be subject to a damaged merchandise fee of no less than 50%.

Packaging and return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Despite the statements above, if an order was not filled properly or if the item is defective as per the GreensGroomer warranty obligations, the correct item will be exchanged at no additional charge of any kind (including that Customer is not responsible for shipping charges), or, in the case of a warranty claim, GreensGroomer will fulfill its warranty obligation in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

Allow 30 days from receipt of return to receive refund.

Refunds will be awarded as a credit to GreensGroomer dealers and a company check to retail customers.

GreensGroomer WorldWide, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.  Any revision to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on the GreensGroomer WorldWide web site.  This policy is made available on our web site and it is the obligation to of the customer to review the website for policy revisions.
