Payment, Shipping, and Delivery Policy
All merchandise is payable in U.S. Funds through any of our convenient payment methods. We accept Visa and MasterCard when purchasing online or by phone. Purchases requiring the use of a purchase order must be processed through an established GreensGroomer dealer. Dealers can be located in the "Dealer Locator" found in the Company Information portion of the website. International orders can only be processed with Visa, MasterCard, or Wire Transfer.
All orders placed directly through GreensGroomer are shipped (a) FCA Indianapolis, IN and (b) via LTL or UPS within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, except that all international orders, other than Canada and Mexico, ship via air or ocean freight based on customer request.
International customers should email customer service requesting a quote for the products they are interested in. An invoice will be e-mailed to the address provided including delivery options and wire transfer instructions.
Product ordered will ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment or valid purchase order from an established GreensGroomer dealer.
Delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Title and risk of loss shift to customer after GreensGroomer provides the product (packaged by GreensGroomer) to the carrier at GreensGroomer’s facility in Indianapolis, IN USA.
Customer pays all crating, shipping, and insurance costs.
In export circumstances, GreensGroomer files the shipper’s export declaration and obtains an export permit (at GreensGroomer’s cost).
Deliveries made to valid street addresses only. No PO Boxes.
